STEP TIPS WITH DPM
Step 1：Select your plane for Mould Setting up.
A 380, Lufthansa A380 Diecast alloy aviation simulated alloy model. You may do market reseachon liveries the aircraft, if setting 1:200 scale of A380 alloy model ,your planning cost will be $75-90K ! Meanwhile you need to turbn to Airbus official for the license to manufacture their aircraft. Once licensing is appproved and tearms confirmed , next step you need
Step 2：Confirm on your intersted Scheme on your brand new for A380
To get a totally new A380 in your selected scheme finsihed plane model. It will talk 6-8 months on finsihed model to prepare for market new release . STEP3 : SCHEME CONFIRMATION
Online talkingwith us, sending information and reference decals for the chosen subject. Welcome business visits to our company . we are flexible progress, and make admending and improvment where necessary; Menwhile we may turn to the airlines for their professional suggestions on details of 1:1 plane. Scheme details sometimes take up to 2-3months to reach the required quality standard, with nuberous emails and calls on confirmation for perfectly satisfactory outcome on model painting .
STEP 4 : BULK PRODUCTION
Once the SCHEME is confirmed and signed off, bulk production starts accoring 1st model. Comlicated , these models are hand made. Each finsihed model goe through more than 30 process.

The diecast is produced and cleaned up by hand.

wing and fuselage sections are then prepared for printing.
prepared sections are then pad printed for the correct colour scheme. -
printed parts are then assembled and quality control looks for any defective acceosry to rerun till qualified.

Last step of production is for whole model QC checking before packing.
STEP 5：Distribution
All orders will be distributed from our Shenzhen Warehouse ,then ship to global dealers . Finally the distributors will repack and ship to authroized retails online stores or shops gloally.
